then and now...


Then, after a 14 month deployment to Iraq:

 Austin is 27 months old. Cade is 7 months old, to the day.


Now, after almost 11 months in Afghanistan:
reunited.daddy wanted to rest. :)

Austin is a few weeks shy of 5 years old. Cade is 3 years, 3 months old.

  5. It just makes my heart ache, all the time that has passed, not being together. But then again sometimes we can be physically with people and let all that time pass right through us without experiencing it.
